The Schedule Planning Questionnaire and Schedule Reflection Journal are both fillable forms that can be opened in Microsoft Word (Microsoft 365 or Desktop Application) or Google Docs (free with any Google account). The Integrated Schedule Builder is a spreadsheet workbook that can be opened in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365 or Desktop Application) or Google Sheets (free with any Google account).

I already use a specific calendar/scheduling system. How can the Pro Mom Project tools integrate with this system I have in place?

That is great news that you already have a scheduling system! This means you are accustomed to building schedules like a pro. When you use the Pro Mom Project (PMP) scheduling tools, it is recommended you keep your current schedule available for reference as you incorporate what works and change what doesn’t in the PMP Integrated Schedule Builder. Once complete, you can transfer any information from the Integrated Schedule Builder to your scheduling tool of choice. The Integrated Schedule Builder is formatted so that the activities be easily linked to days, times, or category of activity, making the transferring of information smooth and simple.

Who is the Pro Mom Project for?

The tools and process is specifically catered to working parents needing to balance professional (and/or educational), children, and any other pursuits. Non-working parents will benefit from the Pro Mom Project as well while forgoing the steps related to professional planning.
